1. Returns Eligibility

• To qualify for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be returned in original, unused and undamaged condition.

2. After receiving the return address, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
3. Do not send returns to the original shipping address — the correct return address will only be provided by our support team once your return request is approved.

3. Return Shipping Fee Rule

• In some cases, return shipping is free of charge.
• Customer-initiated returns: If the return reason is not caused by our store error, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, and the exact freight fee depends on the courier you choose.
• Store-side responsibility: If you receive damaged, incorrect or defective items due to our mistake, you will not need to bear any return shipping fee.

4. Order Processing & Cancellation

• Orders are normally processed within 3–7 business days.
• If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.
• Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
• Orders can be cancelled if the cancellation request is submitted before dispatch and within the official order cancellation period specified on our website.
